Pancakes and the children's museum

We started our Saturday morning with breakfast at crackle barrel! It's one of the places we don't mind going to family of six style as long as we get there early enough the wait isn't bad. This Saturday we had to wait a little longer than usually and we kept watching families of 4 and 5 walking in a getting seated before us. We also watched the car seat slings and high chairs we requested getting taken before their was a table ready for us. So when we did get seated about 15 minutes later there were no car seat slings for us. That really annoyed me... But I let it go and breakfast was a good time! It really made me realize the challenges of a larger family are mainly with society and not so much inside my home. I have been noticing this a lot lately. Everything is designed for a family of four.

After breakfast we headed to the children's museum my father in law got us a membership in February and it is time for us to put it to good use! We fed the littles in the parking lot and popped Elmo's potty time in the vans DVD player to keep the bigs entertained.

We then ergo-Ed the littles and enjoyed the rest of our family of six outing! We were happily surprised that there were only a few other families at the museum which made the outing less stressful and more enjoyable!

And photos!

And this...
