The Children’s Museum

So that babies are getting older and wanting and needing more entertainment. But sometimes it is hard to think of baby friendly activities. Of course there is always the go on a nice walk activity. But lately that has not been an option here because the weather has been crappy, cold and we have had so many back to back weekends of snow, ice, and rain. The snow and ice keeps us in the house! People do not know how to drive in it.

Last weekend however, the weather wasn’t too bad so we set out of a family/baby friendly-ish activity. We took the babies to the Children’s Museum of Richmond the Short Pump location. I visited the website and stocked the exhibits and  found out they have a “toddler” area for crawlers. This was the only exhibit that the twins could really enjoy. The twins had such a great time. When we walked in both of their eyes lit up with excited and P clapped her hands with joy!

N was all over the placed and was obsessed with the bigger kids and wanted to know what they were doing!

All in all it was a great outing for the babies. I look forward to going back again soon!
